Returns

We accept returns of non-food items. Regarding food, there are problems such as short expiration dates and quality deterioration due to delivery, so returns are not possible. Cancellation may not be possible after shipment, so please make an early decision. We will bear all shipping charges for non-food orders except for the convenience of the customer.

How to return

 

Please contact us by email first. If it has already been shipped, please return it to the nearest post office as soon as it arrives.

              Exchange


If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the instructions above to return the item. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, you must arrange additional payment along with the returned item.The replacement product will not be shipped until such additional payment has been received. . If you would like to exchange your gift for a cheaper item, we will refund the difference.

               Faults

We carefully control the quality, check every product, and take great care to ensure that sufficient packaging is used to keep the gift safe during transit. If the product is damaged or defective, we apologize, but please contact us by email as soon as possible after receiving the product. We will pick up the product and accept returns or exchanges by the method of your choice.
However, food items are special and may be redelivered at our discretion.
